Combining TCX 's superior quality standards with impeccable protection, S-TR1 Air are the new sports shoes designed to protect the foot, joints and shin, in a perfect balance between safety and comfort. Ventilation is optimized by the perforated upper and front joint in breathable mesh fabric with thermofusible strips to guarantee ideal comfort even in high temperatures. Front protection is ensured by rigid TPU and soft lower padding: the innovative, ergonomic design of the shin protection and padding work in synergy to guarantee the boot's optimum flexibility. Joint movement is controlled by the TCS (Torsion Control System), specifically designed to accompany the ankle in its optimal champ action, to avoid unwanted twisting, hyperextension and hyperflexion. The Groundtrax® outsole with its special tread pattern guarantees perfect grip on motorcycle footrests and asphalt, whatever the weather conditions.
Made entirely from carbon fiber (shell and chin), this special structure offers the same protective performance as the Pista GP R Grand Prix Moto, in an incredibly lightweight version, while maintaining the highest levels of comfort and safety. The SportModular has been designed to offer vision a 190° angle adapted to human visual capacity, and has been developed in a wind tunnel to guarantee optimum tranquillity, aerodynamic stability and ventilation.
