If you're a daily commuter who regularly catches rain, Direct Laminate is the answer. This water-repellent membrane is bonded directly to the outer shell, leaving no gaps between the layers. So instead of getting waterlogged, cold, soggy and heavy, the glove will be lighter and warmer. It also means your electric heat support works more efficiently in wet conditions. The double elastic waterproof cuff fits snugly around your sleeve to prevent water from getting into either of them.Like most of our electric heat products, Progress gloves feature Dual Power technology. This allows you to choose between 7.4 or 12 volt power, which can be a separate battery or a direct connection to your bike. We offer a variety of batteries and cable options to provide endless warmth with a single power source for your entire outfit, including jacket, pants and socks. Depending on your choice, the 7.4 or 12 volt battery will last up to 5:20 or 4:50 hours. (The Progress glove has a convenient button that indicates the battery status and current power level. There are four different intensity levels that can be adjusted by 20% with a simple push of the button. Each level is indicated in its own color so you can easily spot if the heat is on.
