An innovative carburettor, with each component designed, developed, and manufactured by the company from Bergamo. Available in a wide range of diameters - 15/17.5/19/21/23/24 - it is entirely made of aluminium, has compact dimensions, and is 40% lighter than a traditional carburettor. The intake manifold is very short and features an exclusive axial design with geometry that optimises airflow during gas passage. The fuel overflow in the spray nozzle is designed to ensure a correct flow dynamic at every position of the throttle valve when it opens. The fuel inlet and the wider needle allow for constant suction even in the most extreme conditions. The float level, completely made of plastic, and the needle seal are carefully controlled during production to guarantee the same efficiency over time.
These features greatly simplify the adjustment of the carburettor. Thanks to extremely sophisticated calibration, the fuel-air flows, main jets, and low jets have been designed to achieve the best performance while reducing consumption. The compact dimensions of the new carburettor are the result of careful and meticulous management of interior space and maximum efficiency of all components, which are subjected to strict controls.
To ensure easy and precise mounting on the best-selling engines and its compatibility with various filter housings, both original and replacement, the carburettor has been designed to be mountable on the most popular engines.
