The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer takes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, without flashlights, license plate holder, or other parts that would conflict with the different throttle angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
