The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility of using the bike as if on track only, without a bag, without a flashlight, and without a number plate holder or any other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle due to the transformation into a racing version. Misuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claims will be rejected. From the time of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer’s expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
