A cross-country helmet is worn in action, so the design of these specific helmets has been adapted to allow air and oxygen to circulate. The wide chin strap contributes to this, as do the chin ventilation and double top ventilation. All with the typical fine-mesh grilles characteristic of this type of helmet.

The helmet shell of the 60.1 Fresh is made of polycarbonate, while a single helmet shell holds all helmet sizes. Lightweight, with a good dose of resilience, illustrated also by its sun visor. This can be easily replaced, although a screwdriver is probably required to secure the top of the three fasteners.

The wide front opening makes it easy to slip on the cross-country goggles of your choice, as seeing well is always an interesting option when you're flying over hills at speed. And it's all made possible by the 60.1's double-D buckle closure and ECE 22R06 approval. So it meets the basic criteria for being worn anywhere, anytime.
