Altering the welds on the db killer and catalyst or the tamper-proof screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on the tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road traffic regulations.

Recommendations for installation: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to have the products installed in a professional workshop, no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions, each silencer bears the homologation code. The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for race use, removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the motorcycle as on the track only, without luggage, flashlight, and license plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the conversion to race version. Misusing this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty, and any claim will be rejected. From the date of purchase, with the right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired, the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait for the standard time for repair.
