Are dbkillers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the dbkiller and the catalyst or the anti-tampering screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines; this is only allowed for RACING use on circuits. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Mounting recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific approval certificate is provided, as well as installation instructions, each silencer carries the approval code. If you encounter any issues during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or the tutorials available on and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable dbkiller (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the dbkiller is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes the responsibility to use the bike as if on the track only, without luggage, without flashlight and number plate holder or other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle due to the transformation into racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in the loss of product warranty and any claim will be rejected. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, with repair rights through return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to reinstall the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
