Db killers and removable catalytic converters? Altering welds on the db killer and the catalyst or anti-tampering screws or removing the fixture is illegal for road use and does not comply with EU directives, this is only possible for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road does not comply with public road traffic regulations.
You can use the kit for the annual official inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer carries the homologation code. In case of problems encountered during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately request information and/or advice from customer service.

The exhaust features a removable db killer (noise limiter) for use in racing; removing the db killer is not only illegal but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without a bag, flashlight, and number plate holder or other parts that would interfere with the different gas angle after conversion to racing version. Abuse of this situation on the road will result in loss of product warranty and any warranty claims will be rejected. From the point of purchase, with the right to repair with return to GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one for repair; the customer must agree to reassemble the original exhaust or wait the standard time for repair.
