Are db killers and catalytic converters removable? Altering the welds on the db killer and the catalyst or the anti-tamper screws or removing the attachment is illegal for road use and not compliant with EU guidelines, this is only allowed for RACING use on tracks. Using the open version on the road is not compliant with public road regulations.
You can use the kit for the official annual inspection.
Installation recommendations: GPR products are plug and play, but it is still recommended to install the products in a professional workshop; no claims will be accepted in case of incorrect installations.
The specific homologation certificate is provided, along with installation instructions; each silencer bears the homologation code. If issues arise during installation, it is mandatory to stop and suspend the activity, and to immediately seek information and/or advice from customer service.

Is it limited to 95Db for Tyrol and Switzerland? No, but this limit is only required for local citizens and not for tourists.
No structural modifications to the bike are required for installation in order to use the product in an approved version. It is recommended to read the instructions in the package or view tutorials online and on YouTube.
The exhaust has a removable db killer (noise limiter) for racing use; removing the db killer is not ONLY illegal, but the customer assumes responsibility for using the bike as if on the track only, without saddlebags, without flashlight and number plate holder or any other parts that would conflict with the different gas angle as a result of transforming to racing version. Abusing this situation on the road will result in the loss of the product warranty. From the date of purchase, there is a right to repair with return to the GPR factory or the nearest official distributor at the customer's expense.
GPR cannot provide a new silencer in place of the one to be repaired; the customer must agree to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the repair.
