Rotating circular brush

Rotary wire brushes are designed for brushing rubber and cleaning shredded areas or steel cords on tires. Operating speeds range from 1400 to 4500 rpm, depending on the diameter of the brush used. It is always necessary to clean the inside of a brushed tire to ensure that no residue remains (hand brush, vacuum cleaner...).

Rubber- or PVC-coated brushes reduce the risk of bristle projections, but must also be used with safety goggles.

Circular elements with 35/100 wire are particularly suitable for cleaning tread craters when the rubber has been severely stressed by heating due to cable untwisting with a grinding wheel.
