Complete stainless steel motorcycle exhaust RS-12

The 2024 Kawasaki KX450 has undergone a ton of changes, one of which requires an all-new exhaust system. Yoshimura has developed the best possible exhaust system for the new green machine.

Working with Steward Baylor, multiple-time GNCC off-road champion, Yoshimura has been able to extract every ounce of performance from the new KX. Not only has performance been enhanced, but the installation on the new KX has also been optimized. By working around the chassis of the new KX, Yoshimura has ensured that the new oval port collector fits effortlessly.

The performance gains are massive with the RS-12 Signature Series system, adding 23.8% more peak power and an incredible maximum torque of 16.4%. With such gains, you might think that the new KX would be hard to control, but that’s not the case. With the help of the hydroformed oval collector, our development team has made power delivery much smoother than stock!

The RS-12 silencer has many features, including our PTF insert system that makes changing inserts easy, as well as an optimised silencer shape that increases volume and the clearance of the brake caliper. The SA-21-K spark arrestor is available separately.

• The new patent-pending PTF (Precision Taper Fit) insert makes installing and removing sound inserts and spark arrestors easier.
• Matte carbon fibre tip with design, innovation, and industry-leading details, as expected from Yoshimura.
• The carbon cap covers the inner cap of the RS-12, enhancing appearance while making maintenance easier compared to other common sandwich mount designs in the industry.
