Examples: Honda CN & CB, Kawasaki EN & KZ, Suzuki GN & GS, Yamaha XS & XJ and Harley Davidson.
Used with the HF lining for front brake, the LF compound ensures stable and well-balanced braking. Its friction rate is adjusted to the friction characteristics of the HF lining to prevent excessive braking of the rear wheel.
